Healthier Workplaces has been developed to encourage your organisation's employees to live healthier and more balanced lifestyles, whilst supporting employers to understand the overall health of their team and create a happier, healthier and more productive workforce.

Choose from one of our Healthier Workplaces packages to provide your staff with resources to improve their physical, mental and social wellbeing.

We provide a range of signposting to multiple services, whilst offering your team incentives, which encourages appointment attendance. Healthier Assessment and Healthier Lifestyle packages even include a free trial membership for each employee at East Riding Leisure.

Delivered remotely in your work setting our team perform friendly consultations and health checks to boost your team's health. Our three packages can be offered annually, bi-annually, or quarterly.

In addition to Healthier Workplaces, small to medium sized organisations can join Working Well - a support service that includes business network, access to information and wellbeing resources, and support from our Working Well team as you build a healthy culture for your employees.
